Hello! I'll try to keep it short. Everyone signed up for this course for a different reason. I lived everyday like a robot. I had to learn to adapt to the daily routine that I cling to convulsively. It didn't bother me at all if I didn't pack up at the end of the day. It was a very good feeling. I looked at my time as a task, and when I ticked it off, it happened, and now I'm enjoying it. Letting go of the many hurts and not dwelling on them, and that was successful. To accept that there are things that will not change and that I cannot change and accept.
